Delegate
Authority
They do NOT micromanage. They do not do the
job. They don’t tell how to do the job , but do tell what
to do.
Most often leaders or mentor lead through questions.
The leader of high performance team do NOT give
Orders, but they ask questions.
By
doing so they delegate the
authority , lead the individual through
the discovery process how they can impact
the shared goals.

The leader of the high performing team, do
recognize results – team results and individual results. In addition, how do they do this… both financially
and non-financially.
First
